- Using the "Rule of Law" to evade responsibility, rather than "Common Sense", which would require living up to commitments, is rationalization at best.

- Disruptions never seemed to be a problem for the Viet-Nam War, the Gulf War,etc. It does show how important this issue is to many.

- I don't believe that a lack of parts is an important problem.  There are lots of suppliers both in the US and abroad that will quickly see an opportunity and enter that market.

- The energy policy of the United States and the alleged wrongdoing of less than 60 people in the MMS Office in Denver would seem to me to be seperate issues. What does one have to do with the other?

- Are we serious? Because there are allegedly less than 60 people in one government office out of control and with poor supervision, the future energy policy of the United States will be affected? A good energy policy and fixing the problems in the MMS are totally seperate issues.
